1. The Program and Acceptance
These Terms govern creators and other partners participating in the FaceReview Partner Program. The operator is Matteo Arcesi, sole proprietor trading as FaceReview, at Via Lorenzo Pareto 7R, 16129 Genova (GE), Italy (“FaceReview” or “we”). Its registration, tax and contact details are in the Terms of Use. The FaceReview website, apps and related features are the “Service”. Program questions and notices go to creators@facereview.org.
You accept these Partner Terms in the partner dashboard. You must be at least 18, hold a valid account and be legally able to promote the Service and receive payments where you operate. The Terms of Use still govern your use of FaceReview; these Partner Terms govern the referral relationship if they conflict on that subject.
2. Commission
The standard commission rate is 50% of each qualifying subscription payment from a customer attributed to you, including the initial payment and later renewals, for as long as the referral and your participation remain eligible. The rate applies equally to monthly, quarterly and annual payments, plan changes and a returning subscriber. There is no introductory rate or tier. FaceReview may agree a different commission rate with an individual Partner in writing. A custom rate accepted by that Partner supersedes the standard rate for that Partner. The agreed rate applies only to eligible payments made from the effective time of the rate change; payments made earlier and previously credited commissions are not recalculated.
A qualifying payment is subscription revenue FaceReview actually collects and retains through the website’s Stripe billing system from an eligible referred customer. Purchases through other billing channels qualify only if expressly included in the Program. Commission is calculated on the full amount actually paid by the customer, after the customer’s referral discount, including applicable VAT, sales taxes or similar transaction taxes, without subtracting payment-processing or separately charged currency-conversion fees. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals and fraudulent transactions do not generate commission on the affected amount and may reverse previously credited commission as described in Section 5. The result is rounded down to the nearest euro cent.
For a payment in a currency other than euro, the calculation follows the amount converted and received through the payment provider, using its settlement exchange rate before separately charged fees. Dashboard balances and the payout minimum are in euro. The dashboard distinguishes new gross-based commissions from historical net-based commissions; historical amounts already earned are unchanged.
No commission is earned for clicks, registrations, unpaid purchases or recruiting other partners. Eligible referred customers receive 20% off website subscription prices, including renewals, on monthly, quarterly and yearly plans. The discount is additional to the catalogue price for the chosen interval and does not reduce the included AI allowance. It does not apply to Apple or Google store purchases or combine with other promotional coupons. Existing payments are not recalculated. Future commissions depend on valid customer payments and the Program continuing under Section 9; they are not an unconditional lifetime entitlement.
3. Referral Links and Codes
You receive a primary referral link and may create up to 20 additional campaign links. Their codes identify you for attribution and give eligible customers the 20% referral discount applied by FaceReview at website checkout. One partner account and referral identity can be used across multiple Instagram, TikTok and other social accounts. All your referral links and codes use your assigned commission rate.
Link attribution: a valid referral may be remembered in the visitor’s browser for up to 30 days to attribute a new account. Where required by applicable law, we ask for consent before setting or accessing an attribution cookie. A visitor can decline this optional storage and still use FaceReview. We cannot guarantee attribution where consent is absent, cookies are blocked or deleted, or a different device is used.
Manual code: a customer who is not already attributed to a creator may enter a valid code when registering or before their first qualifying payment, without a referral cookie. The first successful attribution fixes the creator linked to that account immediately, even before payment. A later link or code cannot replace it. Once the account is attributed, there is no 30-day deadline to subscribe; cookie expiry does not remove the referral.
Existing paying customers cannot be newly attributed, and you cannot refer your own account. Invalid or fraudulent accounts do not qualify. Archiving a campaign link stops new attribution without cancelling valid existing referrals. We may replace or restrict links, subject to applicable law and Section 9.
4. Balances and Payouts
Commission remains Pending for 14 days from the underlying payment. It then becomes Available if the payment and referral remain valid. Completed payouts are recorded as Paid.
Payouts normally use Stripe. For Stripe payouts, you must complete its onboarding, identity and any tax checks and have an account eligible for payouts. Stripe collects bank and identity documents directly; FaceReview receives the account identifiers and status information needed to administer payouts. Stripe’s own terms govern its services.
By selecting “Other countries” when joining the Program, you agree to receive payouts through an alternative method instead of Stripe. You must agree the specific method and payment details in writing with FaceReview before an alternative payout can be processed. Available methods may include crypto-assets; selecting this option does not by itself constitute agreement to a particular crypto-asset, network, conversion rate or fees.
FaceReview and a Partner may agree in writing on an alternative payout method, including payment in crypto-assets. Alternative payouts are arranged directly with FaceReview. Commission remains denominated in euro. The agreement specifies the payment details and, where applicable, the crypto-asset and network, conversion rate and fees. Applicable identity and tax requirements remain in force.
For Stripe payouts, you may request a payout manually in the dashboard when your Available balance reaches €25, your payment account is eligible and no other payout is being processed. Pending commission does not count toward the minimum. An eligible request initiates an automated transfer to your connected Stripe account; you do not need to ask FaceReview to send an individual bank transfer. Transfer completion is not confirmation that funds have reached your bank. Subsequent bank payout depends on Stripe’s schedule, your bank and any legally required checks.
We may correct accounting errors and provide explanations where and to the extent required by applicable law. If you dispute a balance, contact creators@facereview.org with the relevant transaction reference; a dashboard error does not extinguish a valid claim.
5. Refunds, Disputes and Reversals
Refunds, chargebacks, other reversals and transactions determined to be fraudulent do not generate commission on the affected amount. They may reverse previously credited commission, proportionately for a partial refund or reversal, even after the holding period. Reversals use the commission rate recorded for the original payment, regardless of any later rate change. We adjust Pending or Available commission first. If commission already paid to you is later reversed, the resulting negative balance is an amount you owe FaceReview and must repay on request. We may first offset it against future commissions; you must repay any remaining amount on request.
We do not debit your bank account to recover commission without a separate valid authorization. A customer exercising a lawful refund or withdrawal right is not misconduct by you. Adjustments must relate to the underlying payment and must not recover the same amount twice.
6. Advertising and Creator Content
Disclose your commercial relationship clearly with each promotion, close to the recommendation or link and in language your audience understands. For example: “Ad — I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” Do not hide the disclosure in a profile, behind “more”, or among unrelated hashtags. Use a format viewers can notice in the relevant medium, including spoken or on-screen disclosure where needed for video or live content. A platform’s paid-partnership tool supplements any disclosure the law requires.
Describe your actual experience honestly. Claims about the Service, price and results must be accurate and supported. Do not promise a particular score, guaranteed transformation, medical benefit or earnings. Do not fabricate reviews or before-and-after results; identify AI-generated or manipulated examples clearly. Promotions must not target minors or pressure people through degrading or exploitative appearance claims.
Use only material you own, are authorized to use or receive from FaceReview for promotion. We grant a limited, non-exclusive permission to use approved FaceReview names and assets to promote the Program during participation, subject to our brand instructions and applicable law. Do not impersonate FaceReview, suggest authority to bind it or remove legal disclosures.
Comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, direct-marketing and platform rules, including audience-specific requirements. Do not send unlawful unsolicited messages, buy fake engagement, stuff cookies, force redirects or conceal attribution. We may review promotions and require correction or removal, subject to applicable law. FaceReview remains responsible for its own advertising, monitoring and legal obligations.
7. Invalid Referrals and Investigations
We may cancel or reverse commission connected to fraud, unauthorized payments, self-referrals, fake accounts, artificial attribution, planned refund abuse or manipulation of tracking. We may suspend affected attribution or payouts during an investigation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We provide explanations, identify affected transactions, give you an opportunity to respond and provide review where and to the extent required by applicable law. Commission validly earned remains payable, subject to legitimate reversals and any withholding permitted by applicable law. Contact creators@facereview.org with questions or disputes.
8. Privacy and Customer Information
The dashboard provides campaign, referral and commission records, including coded referral references. These references relate to individual referrals and may be linked to a customer; they are not a public customer list. You do not receive customers’ photographs, Analyses, conversations or health-related answers. Do not try to identify or contact customers through dashboard references or combine them with other information to profile them.
The Privacy Policy explains how we process creator account, attribution, payment and tax information. You are responsible for personal data collected in your own campaigns, including the necessary notice, permissions and security. Do not send us audience contact lists or sensitive information unless separately agreed under lawful arrangements.
9. Changes and Ending Participation
To end your participation, contact creators@facereview.org. We may end your participation or discontinue the Program at any time, with immediate effect where permitted by applicable law. We provide notice and comply with any other termination requirements only where and to the extent required by applicable law. Stop using referral links and promotional brand assets when participation ends.
Ending participation stops commission on future payments. Commission validly earned on payments already collected, including amounts still Pending, remains subject to the original holding period and legitimate reversals. It is not forfeited merely because the account closes. For final settlement, the €25 minimum does not apply: contact the creator address above so that verified outstanding amounts can be paid after any applicable hold. Identity, tax and lawful payment requirements still apply.
We may change these Terms, commission rates, attribution, holding periods or payout rules at any time, with immediate effect where permitted by applicable law. We provide notice, obtain fresh acceptance and comply with any other requirements for changes only where and to the extent required by applicable law. Changes cannot retrospectively reduce commission already earned. Changes to an individual commission rate apply only to future eligible payments and do not recalculate past commissions. This document is version 2026-10-08-partner-terms-v14.
The Program grants no ownership interest in FaceReview or its customers and no right to future revenue after it ends. If the business becomes insolvent, valid accrued debts are handled under applicable insolvency law; these Terms do not cancel them.
10. Taxes and Relationship
You are responsible for applicable registration, invoicing, reporting and taxes on your earnings. We and payment providers may request necessary tax details, report payments or withhold amounts where legally required, and provide explanations of deductions where and to the extent required by applicable law.
You participate independently and have no authority to act for or bind FaceReview. Participation is non-exclusive and does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship, subject to any status or rights you have under mandatory law.
11. Responsibility and Disputes
Each party’s responsibility and liability for breach, unlawful conduct and third-party-rights violations are governed by applicable law. No provision limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact creators@facereview.org for Program disputes or legal@facereview.org for formal legal notices. We encourage an informal resolution without preventing a court, regulator or other mandatory remedy. Applicable law and competent courts are determined under the relevant legal rules; mandatory rights in your country are preserved.
If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. A transfer of the Program does not erase accrued commission obligations.
